Where We Ship

At this time, Kitchen Billboards ships exclusively within the United States.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders under $85.

Orders of $85 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Processing & Delivery

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

If we experience any unexpected delays, we'll reach out and keep you updated.

Double-Check Your Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Kitchen Billboards is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you're concerned about a lost, stolen, or misdelivered package, we highly recommend adding Shipping Protection to your order.

If your protected package is lost, damaged, or does not arrive as expected, we'll work with you to make it right, including replacing eligible items when appropriate and available.

Orders with this upgrade are prioritized and typically ship within 36 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that this upgrade speeds up processing time only and does not change the shipping carrier's delivery speed once the package leaves our facility.
