Shipping policy

So,...you're wondering about Shipping? 

Well, let's get to it!  First, we try to get our customers orders filled quickly, but also perfectly!  Yes, we strive for perfection with your towels and you know, that takes a little bit of time! 

We ask you give us about 5-7 days to get your order just right, (oh, I should mention, you know that holidays and other natural events can impact your shipping, we do our best, but sadly, we cannot control EVERYTHING!!) 

As far as shipping cost, we don't want you paying more than is required to safely ship your package to you, so the cost is determined based on the "actual weight" of your order.

Our orders typically ship out with USPS.  You should be receiving email updates and/or SMS updates about your order as it is making its way to your home!
